• Solution Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our Verifyt solution, and the various ways it can be integrated with fashion brands shopping websites, apps or stores. You will also be responsible for understanding the product sizing data required of brands to enable our size recommendation engine. • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with sales representatives to gather and translate customer requirements into a customized solution. • Solution Implementation: Coordinate with R&D to ensure our solution is not only successfully integrated with our clients digital shopping environments, but also produces highly accurate size recommendations. • Technical Sales Support: Serve as a technical resource for the sales team, prospects, and customers. • Proof of Concept (PoC) Development: Collaborate with sales representatives to design and execute proof of concepts to showcase the value and effectiveness of our solutions. • Training and Enablement: Conduct training sessions for sales teams, partners, and customers to enhance their understanding of our products and solutions. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful implementation and adoption
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree • Proven experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably in the technology industry • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving customer success • Background in fashion, footwear, sporting goods, etc. is a plus • Excited to learn about digital customer experience, 3D scanning, and APIs/SDKs • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events (travel requirements may vary)
