Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field; advanced degree preferred • Proven experience of 5+ years in website strategy development and implementation, preferably in the banking or financial services industry • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs and Hotjar • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive informed decision-making and optimization strategies • Proven project management, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively influence and align stakeholders across departments • Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and best practices • Prior experience managing and mentoring a team of SEO specialists is a plus
