• Lead and oversee the BD + partnerships team, including creating individual development plans • Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute business strategies for Edge & Node and The Graph • Help manage top accounts and convert hosted service users into Graph Network users • Facilitate migration of new dapps to the network • Lead strategic account planning and collaborate to exceed client expectations • Define department objectives and set departmental strategy • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to support client initiatives • Play a pivotal role in forging partnerships to extend The Graph Network's presence • Innovate and execute strategic business development initiatives • Great at public speaking to help build Edge & Node and The Graph's brand
• Previous experience working in Partnerships or Business Development within the web3 ecosystem • 5-10 years of working experience with a track record of managing mid-sized teams • Ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and writing skills • Proven track record in successful sales, business development, and managing institutional relationships • Detail-oriented and data-driven • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience • Solid understanding of The Graph and relevant blockchain data infrastructure and technology • Very good network in the industry
