• Develop and execute a comprehensive international sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets in designated territories. • Lead and expand a high-performing international sales team, fostering a culture of success, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, distributors, and customers, to enhance market penetration and customer satisfaction. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align strategies that drive growth and meet customer needs. • Provide insights into market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to inform product development and marketing strategies. • Ensure the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction across all international markets.
• Over 5-years of experience as a VP of Sales, leading VP/Directors of sales and with proven multi-level sales management experience, with a focus on international markets outside of North America. • A strong track record of building sales teams/territories to exceed sales targets in a technology or cybersecurity environment with at least double-digit growth per year. • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a sales team towards achieving exceptional results. Proven track record in recruiting, developing and retaining top talent. • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, particularly as it relates to critical infrastructure and how OPSWAT can win. • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to different cultures and business practices. • Experience running overall business function for region, with responsibility for full Profit/Loss or Magic Number, not just revenue focused. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
