Description

• Provide leadership, development, and training for the SDR team • Work as an operational leader managing target accounts and pipeline growth • Grow the sales development organization • Attract, recruit, train, manage, and retain a high-performing team • Set and meet key performance indicators and objectives • Develop and maintain SDR best practices and objection handling • Work as a strategic partner to optimize the sales funnel • Accurately forecast the sales development pipeline

Requirements

• 5+ years of Sales Development Leadership experience in a fast-paced technology/SaaS company • Experience scaling sales teams during high-growth periods • Bilingual - fluent in English & another language • Passion for coaching and developing sales talent • Capacity to hire, inspire, lead, and motivate team members • Track record of meeting and exceeding individual and team goals • Exceptional planning, organization, and project management skills • Excellent reporting and analytics skills using Salesforce, Excel, and equivalent tools • A good person with a high EQ
