Description

• Collaborate with senior sales leadership to execute the overall Public Sector North America business strategy • Conduct market analysis, strategic insights, and execute Go-To-Market plans • Drive strategic opportunity pursuits and business development activities • Develop an annual sales plan, manage pipeline effectively, and provide accurate sales forecasting • Attract, develop and build a strong sales team • Prioritize and manage time effectively between short-term wins and long-term opportunities • Plan and communicate sales forecasts and progress against targets to executive leadership • Identify and leverage strategic partnerships to cultivate and manage partner, distribution, and channel relationships

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of Public Sector sales experience in the IT/OT industry • Proven track record of generating substantial new revenue opportunities • Ability to generate leads organically • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field • Demonstrated sales management skills • Proficiency in salesforce, sales processes, and MEDDPIC methodology • Motivational leader with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
