📋 Description
• Manage appointment rescheduling and calendar updates • Coordinate permit applications and track permit statuses • Communicate with customers, technicians, and local authorities • Provide updates on scheduling and permit approvals • Maintain accurate records and documentation • Ensure timely completion of permit and scheduling requirements
🎯 Requirements
• Customer service or administrative experience • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent verbal and written communication • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • HVAC, plumbing, construction, or home services experience is a MUST with US-based clients/companies
