Description

• Assisting the commercial Sales team with opportunity management, order planning, and sales documentation • Coordinating regional marketing events and campaigns • Liaising with customers, logistics, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction • Handling stock and sales forecasts • Managing day-to-day operations including subcontractors • Being a key player in holding the team together

Requirements

• Diploma in business or engineering or relevant field • Business fluent in English and ideally Chinese or Korean • Knowledge of order processing flow, shipment documentation, and customs requirements • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems • Experience in a multicultural international team environment • Positive and flexible attitude with independent management initiative
