• The Director, Business Development at P3 Adaptive has a mission to grow the business, be a trusted guide for potential buyers, and inspire them to adopt the distinctive approach to analytics • Convert Marketing Qualified Leads into opportunities • Proactively qualify opportunities through the buying journey • Generate new leads through prospecting • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts • Create great hand-offs between sales and the consulting team • Continuously improve sales process and capabilities • Coach the consulting organization on sales excellence • Manage Strategic Partnerships • Represent P3 Adaptive at Conferences and Webinars • Maintain a clean, organized CRM System
• 3 years experience in sales or related field • Proven track record of achieving sales quota and pipeline goals • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications • US Citizenship or Green Card (We don’t sponsor work visas) • Strong written and spoken English • Proven ability to connect with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Insatiable curiosity and love of learning
