Requirements

• Prior management experience – minimum 5 years • Insurance industry experience • Effective leadership skills in building and growing a team • Personal drive to continue to learn and develop as a team member, manager and leader • Knowledge and experience in customer centric systems and processes • Working knowledge of the life insurance industry – Agent / Sales Support, Processing, Underwriting, Client Servicing, new business process and sales life cycle • Proficiency with budgets, KPIs and using analytics tools to determine effectiveness and profitability of your department • Strong Organizational abilities • Individual UT Life Insurance License • Industry Designations • Salesforce Experience – continuing education & Trailhead achievements • Licensing and Contracting Requirements • Understanding of Sales Commissions & Sales Cycles • Completion of Paradigm Client Facing LMS
