Description

• Help customers ramp into People.ai quickly and get value from the product • Train executives and managers on best practices for using People.ai to align sales and marketing • Work with internal teams to meet and exceed customer expectations • Become a sales/marketing domain expert and help define new best practices • Own the entire relationship with customers • Drive adoption of People.ai across sales organizations and maintain a strong customer renewal rate • Challenge customers to think about problems in a new way

Requirements

• 5+ years of customer success experience at a software company, agency, or management consultancy • Significant experience working with SMB, Mid-Market, and/or Commercial customers • Strong technical aptitude, communication skills, a curious mindset, and attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal skills • Experience in Sales or Marketing operations • Experience with Sales and Marketing tech stack • Comfortable working in a high-velocity and sometimes ambiguous environment • Bachelor's degree
