Description
• The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will work to build long-lasting relationships with customers using PerformYard software • Partner with customer personnel to implement and support product configuration • Provide consultative advice, training, and support to ensure successful customer experience
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree • Minimum of one year of Customer Success, Account Management, or related experience • Detailed and action oriented • Enthusiastic and proactive self-starter • Empathy for customer experience • Understanding or previous use of CRM or Customer Success tools • Excited to operate in a fast-paced start-up environment
