Description

• Play a pivotal role in driving the success of third-party ad demand program through strategic planning, market analysis, and effective go-to-market strategies. • Lead a team of product marketing managers to shape product direction, define positioning and launch plans, assess capabilities and value proposition, develop market expertise, drive cross-functional alignment, educate internal and external teams, and build partnerships across various functions. • Grow revenue by opening new channels of advertising demand via partnerships with ecosystem players. • Develop and execute programs that deliver revenue and product adoption growth through third-party partnerships.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital advertising at a fast-growing ad tech company, agency, or digital platform • Deep expertise in online advertising and the broader ad tech landscape • Experience working with various ecosystem players such as DSPs, ad exchanges, media agencies, ecommerce platforms, etc • Familiarity with advertising APIs and feed-based advertising products • Ability to distill market opportunities and insights for defining commercial and go-to-market strategies • Strong project management and operational skills • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly • Passion for Pinterest

Benefits

• Not eligible for relocation assistance • Base salary range: $158,950 - $327,000 USD • Position eligible for equity
