• Support the recruiting team to facilitate candidates through the interview process, acting as the liaison between candidates and interviewers • Work with candidates to schedule interviews • Provide an exceptional experience for candidates -- hosting all interviews -- as well as communicating with the candidates and answering questions • Keep candidates continually informed throughout the hiring process • Screen resumes for a variety of technical and G&A positions • Source talent through tools like LinkedIn Recruiter • Assist in developing, implementing, and updating recruiting procedures and processes
• 1+ year of recruiting coordinator and/or sourcing experience • Passion around creating a phenomenal people-focused candidate experience • A positive personality and would be willing to jump in and help with special projects • Expert written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently with little to no supervision, strong decision-making abilities, and attention to detail are critically important. • Think like an owner. Take ownership and initiative within the tasks that have been assigned to you. Ability to work effectively and independently. • Strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, and ability to deliver results within a deadline • Interest in building a career in recruiting / people operations • Ability to professionally collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization
