Description

• Take the leading role in building an end-to-end sales playbook, spanning customer segmentation, ICP refinement and prospecting to deal close and share of wallet growth. • Drive top-of-funnel sales opportunities both strategically and tactically. Design and implement outbound campaigns and iterate to drive results. Develop a growing pipeline through these efforts. • Partner with our Product team to build a strong customer feedback loop and ensure our product evolves to meet customer needs. • Become an expert on the competitive landscape and be able to clearly articulate our unique value proposition. • Collaborate across the organization (we're a small, lean team) and help shape an organizational culture of feedback, ownership and excellence.

Requirements

• Has 3+ years of experience in a sales role where you consistently exceeded metrics. • Has an entrepreneurial mind with a track record of prospecting and cold outreach, building a recurring pipeline, and closing leads. • Is analytical with proven experience iterating on an end-to-end sales process to refine strategies and drive results. • Is tech savvy and has experience with Salesforce, cold calling and email sequencing (a must!). • Has experience in supply chain/logistics (bonus but not a requirement). • Has the grit, hustle, and perseverance to meet ambitious growth goals and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Is a self-starter who's intrinsically motivated and does well with ambiguity. • Is collaborative and comfortable working in an early stage startup where learning and adapting quickly is important.
