Description

• Highly motivated and experienced Strategy & Operations Manager • Drive select strategic projects • Craft precise project outlines • Create and implement efficient and scalable processes • Perform targeted market and feasibility studies • Lead cross-functional teams • Provide guidance and support to team members • Lead stakeholder management • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field • A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic project implementation and stakeholder management • Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, creators agency, retail, or related industries • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Understanding of the print-on-demand industry and the unique needs of e-commerce entrepreneurs, creators, and brand owners • Highly organized with an analytical mindset • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
