Description

• Support the launching of the Aquabeam Robotic System in the defined territory • Establish Aquablation as the treatment of choice for men suffering from BPH • Maximize the utilization of installed Aquabeam Systems • Balancing tactical implementation of field programs with strategic decision making • Effectively communicate Aquablation’s value proposition to customers • Drive continuous expansion of the user base • Train and develop OR staff in system management • Lead surgical teams through training sessions • Maintain records in the PROCEPT CRM system • Provide support in the resolution of product complaints • Proactively support organizational goals and FDA regulations • Manage travel and expenses per approved budget • Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality and EHS policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited reputable institution • A minimum of three years of experience in medical devices in the Operating Room • 3+ years of sales experience preferred • Strong local relationships within the healthcare community in specified geographic area • Leadership skills as demonstrated through past professional performance • Ability to travel upwards to 75% • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds • Willingness to work in clinical operating rooms with required personal protection equipment
