• Responsible for developing relationships with CMOs, marketing managers, and agency owners; targeting marketing agencies, building value with key decision makers, and closing new business • Lead compelling product demos tailored to the needs of potential customers, showcasing how WhatConverts can enhance their marketing efforts and increase ROI • Conduct strategic outreach to target customers, including identifying and securing meetings with decision makers and heads of marketing • Be adept at conducting efficient, but deep, needs analysis to identify root pain points and business impacts for the prospect • Build and maintain a robust pipeline from a balance of both inbound and self-prospected outbound leads • Qualify prospects, execute demos, follow up, close sales, and manage an opportunity pipeline through our CRM • Consistently meet monthly quotas and performance standards • Exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including outbound activity, number of appointments set, and opportunities generated • Other duties as assigned; job duties may expand based upon aptitude and ability
• Proven track record with value-based selling • Proven experience conducting B2B demo processes for SMBs • Ability to conduct a thorough needs analysis • Ability to present complex concepts in a formulated and concise manner • Ability to close prospects in 2 weeks or less (demo to closed won) • Must have familiarity with PPC and digital marketing • Must have experience prospecting and generating outbound leads • Must have experience managing an opportunity pipeline in a CRM • Solid work ethic, a charismatic personality, and a self-motivated attitude • Engage clients with a positive and energetic communication style during phone interactions • Demonstrate excellent listening skills and strong writing skills • Desire to excel in a competitive market • Basic understanding of MEDDICC and Challenger sale methodologies is a plus
