Description

• Seeking highly qualified individuals for a Reimbursement Success Manager position • Responsible for developing strong relationships with customers and key business executives • Leading and planning billing operations primarily in DME, Sleep, and Infusion space • Designing, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures • Streamlining effective billing processes across multiple clients and markets • Ensuring billing and cash flow consistency • Identifying ways to improve collections and leading collection risk indicators • Building a strong partnership with clients • Identifying new business opportunities among existing customers • Working with cross-functional internal teams such as operations and sales teams

Requirements

• Minimum 2 year Associate degree preferred • 3-5 years progressive DME/Healthcare experience • Experience with California payers • Project management experience • Comfortable speaking in front of small groups • Excellent verbal & written communication skills • Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel) • Proficient in at least one industry recognized billing system (Brightree, TIMs, HDMS, Niko) • Analytical Skills
