Description

• An advanced creative ad technology suite to produce immersive rich-media responsive display ads • Building customer onboarding process with existing and new clients • Documenting all solutions and supplying educational tools for clients • Technical trainer and learning designer working across various areas • Balancing client interactions of onboarding, template specification development, training, and documentation • Ownership of solutions for clients • Small but profitable company that values excellent work and work-life balance • Fully remote team with a diverse group of passionate people

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in HTML5 ad development or Product Management of a Design Platform • Minimum 3 years of technical writing, video production, and content development around SaaS self-serve tools and web applications • Track record of problem-solving and delivering results • Proven track record of training, education, and building tutorials for a web-based academy • Proven track record of building mini-video tutorials • Strong user of Adobe products (e.g Photoshop), Figma, Sketch, or Google Web Designer • Organized and good at presenting in a step-by-step manner • Highly innovative, quick learner of new tools and features • Great communicator with both written and verbal presentation skills • Creative and good communicator with external partners on a day-to-day basis • Punctual with several years of managing and dealing with clients • Start-up mentality and flexible approach to complex situations • Customer-first attitude • Basic front-end Responsive Web App product management skills, design, and development • Design experience with HTML5, CSS, and advanced ad tech systems • Experience with ad operations and trafficking ads a plus • Flexible to work with different virtual teams
