• Responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, nurturing existing high-value partners, and representing Steer Health as a leader in the industry. • Play a key role in the fast-paced SaaS environment driving strategic, new partnership initiatives to achieve revenue goals and growth objectives. • Develop and execute partnership strategies to support the growth of Steer Health by driving sales-qualified opportunities to the Sales team. • Work cross-functionally to integrate partnership perspective into the business's overall strategy. • Implement partner strategy and develop go-to-market and business model strategy to create a strategically and financially impactful business with partners. • Work with executive stakeholders to overcome agreement blockers, execute agreements with partners, communicate with external organizations, and coordinate internally with teams cross-functionally. • Lead and close complex/customized partnerships. • Develop and maintain strong and direct relationships with partners. • In collaboration with the Marketing team, create marketing campaigns that generate demand & awareness by leveraging referral partners as lead-generation engines.
• BA/BS required MBA or graduate degree is a plus • 3 years of experience with partnerships in digital health, medical devices, managing internal/external partners/stakeholders • 2 years working with SaaS, mobile applications, cloud, and healthcare-related industries required • Experience building executive-level partner relationships • Knowledge of Healthcare businesses and ecosystems, private or public sector • Ability to create agreement structures and develop conceptual solutions • Strong experience in complex contract negotiations • Energy and positivity to instill into the Steer Health culture; Confident team leadership • Must be a hunter – excited to go after new partnerships • World-class problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and relationship-building skills • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Hands-on, proactive, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
