📋 Description

• Recruit, screen, and schedule participants for qualitative market research projects including FGDs, IDIs, online communities, usability testing, and customer interviews • Work closely with project managers and research teams to ensure high-quality participants are recruited and confirmed • Review project briefs and understand recruitment requirements and quotas • Contact pre-qualified survey respondents by phone to validate responses • Manage participant bookings, confirmations, reminders, and replacements • Maintain accurate recruitment records and booking statuses within internal systems • Monitor recruitment progress and provide updates to project managers • Identify and escalate recruitment challenges or data quality concerns • Deliver a high standard of respondent experience and professionalism throughout the recruitment process

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Market Research Recruitment • Experience in Qualitative Research Recruitment • Focus group recruitment experience • Experience in participant scheduling or fieldwork coordination • Experience recruiting participants for qualitative market research studies • Experience conducting phone screening interviews • Familiarity with focus groups, IDIs, and qualitative methodologies • Experience working with recruitment screeners and quota management • Experience managing participant confirmations and attendance
