• KPI/metric driven role, constant monitoring on performance and role carries a quota. • Make outbound calls, emails and text messages to qualify parishes and dioceses, ministries and non-profits within the Catholic denomination. • Able to make at least 75 cold outbound calls to potential customers each day. • Schedule 1-2 appointments per day between prospects and Account Executives. • Ability to have meaningful conversations with our prospects to understand the challenges in their community. • Identify and communicate how Pushpay can help. • Use best-in-class software like Salesforce and Outreach to manage and build your pipeline. • Work with a team of driven individuals to achieve targets. • Some familiarity with an ABM “go to market” strategy is helpful. • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• 1+ years of inside sales experience, but none required. • A high school graduate (or holder of an equivalent degree) with BS/BA preferred. • Experience working with Catholic Parishes or Catholic diocese recommended and preferred. • Has a working knowledge of the leadership structure within the Catholic church by occupation or through experience. • Knowledge of day to day Parish and diocesan activities. • Working knowledge of Parish Faith formation programs and sacramental activities at the Catholic Church. • Working knowledge of parish / diocesan budgets or financials. • Sales experience talking/spelling over the phone: courteous, well spoken, curious and good at asking questions. • Able to connect prospects business needs to Pushpay’s SAAS solutions. • Strong computer skills, proficient on Mac OSX and Google Platforms (Salesforce and Outreach are a plus). • Positive outlook and resilience with your team and customers is desired. • Strong written and verbal skills. • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
