Collaborate with sales to ramp-up the number of successful leads in pipeline • Revenue Ownership: Own revenue numbers: set strong metrics to maximize revenue starting from discovery all the way through purchase and expansion • Performance Analysis: Leverage data to understand our market, competition, and user behavior; test channels, customer profiles, and messaging to pivot as needed and meet aggressive targets • Brand Development: Ensure our brand messaging is consistent and powerful across all platforms and resonates with our target audience. Come with examples where you made polish a priority • Reporting and Communication: Regularly report on growth initiatives and performance to the executive team and the broader company, ensuring transparency and alignment in a format that's accessible, transparent, and actionable • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team, fostering a culture of ambition, accountability, and continuous learning
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; an MBA is a plus • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a growth marketing role, preferably in a fast-growing startup or fintech environment • Experience building a growth function from scratch, or learning directly from a leader who did the same, preparing you for your own shot • Proven track record of scaling a user base and achieving substantial revenue growth • Strong analytical skills, experience pioneering dashboards and metrics-based meetings, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable strategies • Experience managing a team and fostering a collaborative work environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll regularly interface with executives, customers, and board members • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Constantly striving to stay at the forefront of what's next in a time of rapid change • Creative thinker with a hacker mindset who doesn't want to run the same old playbook, but rather figure out how to break new ground fast
