• Conduct order appointments including preparation and follow-up • Actively sell the pre-order collections of our brands "RABE" and "LeComte" • Ongoing KPI analysis and optimization of POS partner performance, and initiation of appropriate measures • Advise and support partners at the point of sale (POS) • Merchandise presentation at the POS in line with the brand philosophy • Full responsibility for merchandise management • Acceptance/inspection of shop fittings and store setups • New customer acquisition • Independently plan and deliver product training at the POS
• Completed commercial training or a degree with several years of professional experience in sales in a comparable position • Strong passion for active selling and experience in the womenswear product segment • High level of responsibility as well as strong organizational and communication skills • Independent, goal-oriented working style and a high degree of commitment
