• Contact inbound and outbound leads • Perform strategic qualification of physicians and clinics • Understand leads' needs and objectives • Schedule meetings for the sales team • Conduct consultative and organized follow-up • Update CRM and monitor the sales funnel • Support improvements to commercial processes • Contribute to converting contacts into real opportunities
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in the medical/healthcare market • Experience with launches, mentorship programs, or consultative selling is a plus • Knowledge of Instagram, content creation, and digital positioning • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools • Bachelor's degree completed • English proficiency is a plus
