• Develop and execute comprehensive national, regional, and local paid media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals. • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. • Manage scoping and negotiation with paid media agency in partnership with Growth Marketing Director and CMO. • Brief-in and create a compelling case for creative and visual assets in collaboration with the creative team. • Lead a team that proactively monitors and responds to campaign performance, analyzes key metrics, and generates regular reports with actionable insights. • Thought leadership in industry trends, emerging platforms, and the latest developments in paid media. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and analytics, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns. • Utilize A/B testing and other optimization techniques to continuously improve campaign performance. • Manage budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize spending to achieve desired results. • Stay abreast of changes in algorithms, policies, and best practices on various advertising platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Paid Media Lead or in a similar role, with a demonstrable track record of successful campaign management, creation, and optimization • In-depth knowledge of paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools to derive actionable insights. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams. • Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus. • Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns is highly desirable. • Must love cars!
