• Articulate and evangelize the vision and positioning of both the company and products, and secure strategic commercial commitments • Create a healthy pipeline of revenue and new logos for your target accounts • Forecast business on a quarterly cadence • Communicate with management, legal and deal desk to ensure proper execution of documents • Attract, recruit and hire a world-class team of enterprise sellers & leaders • Instill a disciplined approach to pipeline generation leveraging all available resources • Develop an overall sales execution strategy • Partner closely with Sales Engineering leaders and team members • Build a strong partnership with existing customers • Forecast revenue to executive leadership • Identify, cultivate, and close new business at executive levels in enterprise accounts within the designated territory • Act as a Regional VP, Enterprise Sales • Manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives
• Experience in Open Source software and Saas business models • Proficiency in Cloud and Infrastructure software • 10+ years of Enterprise Sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success • 5+ years leading a sales team focused on growing new business and new logos • Strong hunter mentality • Experience closing complex Enterprise sales with multiple buying influences • Managing and closing deals of $200K+ as well high-value transactions above $1m+ • Establishing and fostering strong relationships with potential partners and customers • Strong presentation and communications skills • Familiarity and experience using consultative, value-based sales methodologies • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills • Comfortable working in a highly fast-paced environment • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals and targets
• U.S. base salary range for this role is $187,500, not including bonus and/or commission. • Remote-first company • Consideration of job-related skills, location, experience, relevant education or training for determining individual base salary
