Description
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with Swan’s business objectives, with a specific focus on driving Bitcoin adoption • Establish and lead communication and accountability flow within the sales organization • Develop and refine sales processes, methodologies, and workflows • Responsible for CRM system (Salesforce) ensuring data integrity and utilization • Develop and maintain comprehensive sales analytics and reporting frameworks • Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders
Requirements
• Deep knowledge of financial markets, macroeconomics, and Bitcoin fundamentals • Proven experience in sales strategy and operations within fintech, wealth, or technology industry • Strong analytical skills and expertise in business intelligence tools • Salesforce experience and proficiency preferred • Strong leadership skills to lead and manage teams and projects
