📋 Description
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from job briefing through to offer stage • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent pools • Screen CVs and conduct structured competency-based interviews • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across the business • Track recruitment metrics and report on time-to-hire and quality of hire
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience • Experience using ATS platforms (Workable, Greenhouse, or similar) • Strong interviewing skills and understanding of competency frameworks • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability • Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace
