Description

• Understand the various marketing platforms Resident uses and consistently deliver a high velocity of quality ad creative, tailored to each platform’s strategy, goals, ad specs, recent performance, etc. • Originate and complete new creative briefs with various creative partners, including Resident’s internal studio. • Manage creative development, editing, prioritization, and final QA as it relates to your team’s creative throughput. • Manage the flow and quality of AdOps as it relates to your team’s throughput. • Manage the accumulating library of footage your team develops. • Maintain regular, formulaic, standards for project timelines and asset launch. • Lead remote/video conference meetings. • Build, maintain, and optimize reporting tools specific to Resident and creative development. • Facilitate teamwork up and down the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with various marketing and digital marketing disciplines. • 3+ years of Project Management experience and strong organizational acumen. • 3+ years of Account Management or Account Executive experience in an ad agency or large direct-to-consumer brand. • Strong public speaking or Presentation skills • Experience with Looker, Slack, Asana, Figma, Frame.io, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, TTCX, Billo, Fiverr, YouTube / Google Ads, etc. • Experience managing a small team.
