Description

• We are in search of a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer to join our globally distributed team, spearheading the adoption of Hedera and Swirlds Labs' products and services. • As the Chief Marketing Officer you will report to the Swirlds Labs CEO and be a part of the leadership team, you will hold a critical role in driving global adoption of Hedera and Swirlds Labs' products and services. You will lead our product and ecosystem marketing, social media, events, public and developer relations, brand and web teams. You will lead across our 3 main target audiences: web3 developers and builders, enterprise market, and public sector. Your ability to collaborate across many organizations and to strike a balance between long-term strategy and short-term narrative building is paramount to your success.

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience in the DLT, Blockchain, or Web3 industry. • A demonstrated track record of at least five years in senior marketing roles, with a history of product marketing, team management, and product launches. • Knowledge and experience in the software enterprise market (B2B) and ideally experience at an early-stage technology startup and open source software. • A creative thinker with a history of executing innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives, along with exceptional communication skills for conveying intricate concepts to diverse audiences. • A hands-on multitasker who thrives on taking end-to-end ownership of tasks, willing to personally get involved to execute and deliver results. • Ability to effectively collaborate with other organizations and cross-functional teams, using strong analytical skills to incorporate data-driven insights into marketing decision-making.

• Lead, mentor, and nurture our product and ecosystem marketing, social media, events, public and developer relations, brand and web teams, ensuring seamless coordination among our key audiences and stakeholders. • Leverage data and user insights, and employ strategic thinking to cultivate and refine Hedera's brand positioning, while implementing and ensuring the consistent execution of our marketing message. • Develop and oversee the execution of product launches, marketing campaigns and plan for Hedera, while fostering growth and adoption across Web3, enterprise, and public markets. • Evaluate, scrutinize, and report on the efficacy of marketing campaigns and initiatives, leveraging data-driven intelligence to optimize performance and guide decision-making. • Supervise and synchronize communications across all marketing channels, ensuring that pertinent and significant content is generated and disseminated regularly to engage and educate our target audiences. • Collaborate directly with our product and engineering teams to orchestrate and oversee marketing experiments during the introduction of new products and services. • Actively engage and collaborate with the Hedera Council, the Marketing Committee, and grant-giving foundations to optimize marketing messages and activities. • Support the project at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to boost brand awareness and identify potential partnerships. • Efficiently manage marketing budgets, allocate resources, and ensure a return on marketing investments.
