Description

• Lead a high-performing marketing team to execute omni-channel campaigns, craft engaging content, and ensure seamless coordination with sales and digital channels. • Identify and target specific market segments with tailored campaigns addressing unique needs and pain points. • Develop strategies for lead sourcing through Inbound, Outbound, Partner, and Field efforts. Nurture leads into Qualified Opportunities using data-driven insights to optimize the lead journey. • Provide comprehensive marketing support and sales collateral to Account Executives, empowering them to close deals more efficiently. • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to drive product adoption, subscription renewal, and customer loyalty. Foster brand advocacy among our customer base, turning satisfied users into vocal proponents of our solutions. • Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources for maximum ROI. Implement processes for tracking and reporting marketing spend and campaign performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA is preferred. • A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in B2B Saas leadership. • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights. • Exceptional leadership and team management skills to inspire goal achievement. • Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities across all organization levels. • Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.
