Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies to differentiate Viamericas in the market • Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, regional managers, business development executives, and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and customer needs • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives and drive continuous improvement • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize return on investment (ROI) for marketing spend • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices in marketing and fintech to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage • Oversee business intelligence strategy, to include segmentation, competitive analysis/market intelligence, product and market development, pricing, promotions, communications and budgets, sales force effectiveness, strategic planning, services units and revenue retention and growth • Guide the leading efforts to enhance company branding and communications through point-of-sale material and agent communications platforms • Ensure all activities align with the company’s goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 7 years in a leadership role • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results • Deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly money transfer and remittance services • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels • Strategic thinker with a data-driven and analytical mindset, capable of translating insights into actionable strategies and initiatives • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement and delivering measurable outcomes • Superior project, time, and organizational management skills • Flexibility with changes in task and priorities along with using sound judgment • Able to multitask and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines • Innovation and creativity to create brand strategies that attract customers • Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in social media and digital media • Experienced with MS Office and donor management systems • Must be bilingual English and Spanish.
