• Establish the transition of new client processes to develop a trusted partnership relationship with ReSource Pro • Support all products and segments of ReSource Pro effectively and lead flawless implementations • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in customer needs assessments, lean process mapping, problem solving and other methodologies to drive client outcomes • Work with clients directly as expert-level individual contributor, provides leadership to team members • Seek opportunities to broaden clients use of ReSource Pro services • Fosters a collaborative team environment through employee selection, onboarding and performance management by developing new talent and recognizing existing talent • Promotes effective communication and alignment of performance to ReSource Pro's strategic goals and objectives • Defines talent needs to add skills and capacity to the team • Trains team and provides coaching, mentoring and 1:1 enablement to ensure adherence to departmental standards as well as the methodologies that support delivery • Through established processes, confirms quality, client satisfaction and the proficient collaboration across teams/departments • Utilizes metrics and standards to drive performance of team • Builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, vendors and consultants to support the structure of the organization and business needs
• 10+ years of US Property & Casualty and/or Employee Benefits insurance experience required • 10+ years of transition management/implementation management required • 10+ years of Lean process improvement experience or consulting management of large-scale operations (over 50 FTEs) in a service environment required • Highly adaptable - quickly and effectively derives conclusions, alters ideas, responses and actions in response to new work environments and changing business conditions • Effective and impactful coaching and mentoring in 1:1 interactions as well as leading a team through a new process, methodology or codifying an approach for consistency on a team
