Description
• Develop Nashville territory • Acquire and onboard veterinarian and hospital users onto Roo platform • Ensure successful shifts for users • Target high-frequency vet users to grow platform • Help fulfill needed relief shifts • Work to hit acquisition targets and provide user support • Ensure hospital and vet users' engagement and satisfaction • Address and resolve user issues in a timely manner • Collaborate with multiple teams for successful rollout in Nashville market
Requirements
• 3+ years strategic Sales or Business Development experience, ideally in a high growth environment • Experience working in the veterinary/animal healthcare space • Strong knowledge of DVMs and hospitals • Ability to travel within Nashville Metro Area • Strong business relationship building skills • Experience managing a team • Proactive and organized with strong communication skills • Previous client success experience is a plus • Ability to work with remote team members • Flexibility and agility in an early stage startup environment • Positive, can-do attitude!
