• 7+ years of enterprise SaaS/AI/technology sales experience with specific focus on BFSI (banks, financial services, insurance, or fintech). • Proven success selling contact center, CX, CCaaS, or operations technology into financial services organizations. • Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding $1.5M+ ARR quotas. • Deep familiarity with financial services enterprise buying cycles, procurement, and compliance requirements. • Demonstrated success managing multi-stakeholder $500K+ ARR enterprise deals. • Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders + personal Rolodex of influencers in BFSI. • High energy, self-starter mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-growth, category-creating environment. • Desire to travel
