Description

• Building relationships with key customers and guiding them on their Test Automation journey • Proactively helping customers leverage the platform to impact their business • Collaborating with Sales to develop strategic account plans and exploring expansion opportunities • Providing strategic advice and guidance on effectively using Sauce products • Advocating for customer needs/issues across different functions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a Customer Success Manager • Strong technical aptitude and ability to simplify complex concepts • Genuine curiosity and desire to learn about new tools in the testing ecosystem • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Excellent communication, written and presentation skills • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Ability and willingness to travel and provide after-hours support as needed • Experience with CSM tools like Gainsight • Strong understanding of SDLC and software development processes
