• Lead and manage a team of mobile engineers responsible for the design, development, maintenance and release of our iOS and Android applications. • Set clear goals, priorities, and expectations for the Mobile teams, aligning them with the company's overall objectives and roadmap. • Drive the technical architecture and implementation of mobile platform and solutions from the ground up, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and performant. • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers and other stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and timelines for mobile products, features and projects. • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Mobile products and platform team, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing. • Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members, coaching and mentoring them to help them reach their full potential.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 8+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with a focus on mobile development • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role for a mobile dev team, overseeing teams of engineers • Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms • Strong technical proficiency in mobile development technologies and frameworks, such as Swift, Kotlin, React Native, or Flutter • Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles and best practices • Hands-on system design skills, comfortable with navigating codebases with different languages, frameworks and familiar with devops and mobile release practices • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their goals • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Passion for mobile technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences • Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment is preferred
