Description

• Crisis Text Line's software engineers develop the next-generation data platform that changes how millions of humans connect with volunteer crisis counselors, our clinical staff, and the interaction with one another • Contribute to all parts of the product lifecycle, from concept to prototyping to product release • Manage and grow a team to build and advance the future Crisis Text Line platform • Be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and retaining talent to expand the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • Minimum of 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, JavaScript, or Go) • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing projects • Minimum of 4 years of experience in people management and/or supervision/team leadership role • Experience advancing projects from research and development to a realized product • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Reliable High-Speed Internet Required
