Description

• Own and manage post-implementation customer activities • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors • Drive product adoption and engagement, maintain account health, and reduce churn • Deliver effective onboarding for end users • Identify and execute projects to help customers realize full business value • Advocate customer needs and provide feedback internally

Requirements

• Understanding of applied analytics use cases within AdTech and Media • 6-8+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or similar roles • Technical aptitude for hands-on analytical and technical tasks • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Passion for building customer relationships • Familiarity with databases, SQL, and Linux variants • Consulting experience in the software industry
