Description

• Ensure engineers are productive, happy, learning, and doing meaningful work • Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish technical and product goals • Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects • Interview and hire the best and brightest software engineers • Mentor engineers and help cultivate their career aspirations • Lead a foundational, multi-discipline team of engineers working on complex, full-stack projects with wide impact across the company • Build or integrate frameworks promoting experimentation and safe release of new features into mobile and web applications • Work with multiple teams across the company including product, design, legal and customer support • Get your hands dirty: review code and spend some of your time coding with the team, contributing to their efforts • Contribute your fair share of memes to our #dev-null slack channel

Requirements

• 3+ years working experience as a software developer • 3+ years working experience as an engineering manager • Be comfortable working across the tech stack
