Description

• Identify qualified, prospect client opportunities • Take over conversation and relationship building • Communicate product proposition and value to prospective customers • Build rapport and qualify client opportunities • Determine best practices for navigating and influencing conversations • Work closely with Customer Success and Support teams • Collaborate with other departments across Sinch SimpleTexting • Improve sales funnel with innovative ideas

Requirements

• Two or more years of customer support experience • Working in tech and can quickly grasp the concepts and benefits of products • Experience in a phone-based sales role • Proactive self-starter with strong communication skills • Lots of energy and can engage quickly with customers to find solutions • Manage, track, and report on all sales activities and results
