Requirements

• 5+ years of either professional software development experience or application security experience • 5+ years experience in a role with a customer-facing element • Hands-on experience reviewing or fixing vulnerabilities identified using SAST or SCA tools • Software development experience (professional, academic or hobby) • Led cross-functional teams on key projects • Experience speaking and engaging large audiences (50+ attendees) both in-person and in a virtual setting • Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills • Have strong written and spoken English • Love to teach and coaching is a habit • Understand people and what makes them tick, care about diversity and enjoy meeting people from all walks of life • Create alignment, rally resources and delight stakeholders
