• Become an expert in understanding client needs • Contribute directly to growing capabilities of billing platform • Work closely with Product Management • Implement industry leading billing solutions • Work with Project Manager and Senior Consultants • Focus on reducing implementation timelines and best documentation practices

Requirements

• Five (5) to eight (8) years analyzing and documenting customer requirements • Five (5) to eight (8) years implementing or supporting solutions in a SaaS environment • Three (3) to four (4) years working with JavaScript • Post-secondary education in computer science or related field • Strong SQL Scripting skills • Experience in conducting JAD sessions and managing solution development cycles • Understanding of ETL processes and customer data migrations • Troubleshooting during testing phases • Automation and config as code approach • Experience in Python, Telecommunications, and IoT industry a plus
