Description

• The Senior Account Manager is focused on ensuring a high-touch, high-quality professional development experience for customers • Responsible for creating contracts, collecting feedback, collaborating with field sales professionals, and maintaining communication with internal and external customers • Matches appropriate education experts to deliver professional development, coordinates logistics, and ensures sale is secured • Manages contracting and logistics for a portfolio of business valued at $2M-$3M • Collaborates with field sales team, reviews contracts ranging between $25K - $2M, and drives business through relationships • Works effectively in a multiple-deadline environment

Requirements

• Full-time remote position with occasional travel required • K–12 educational experience and/or relevant office experience • Customer service orientation, self-motivation, eye for detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor’s degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office • Light lifting may be required on occasion
