Description

• Utilize and manage email ticketing software for client inquiries • Ensure quick responses to customer inquiries, ideally within 15 minutes • Develop emails and pre-written replies for high-quality client communications • Train and support clients over Zoom • Answer tech-related questions and improve training materials • Relay bugs to development team, troubleshoot technical barriers • Regularly assess client needs and work to meet them

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience with texting and dialing tools • Understanding of organizing tools and experience as an organizer • Familiarity with Slack, Google Drive, email ticketing software, CRM • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills • High bias towards keeping commitments • Flexibility • Comfort in fast-paced environments • Strong commitment to progressive values
