• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, competitors, and potential clients in the digital health and health insurance sectors. • Analyse market data to make informed decisions and recommendations for international Go to Market strategy. • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, networking events and industry conferences. • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partnerships. • Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Technology teams to create compelling and customized proposals/demonstrations for clients, showcasing our tech and digital health propositions. • Identify and engage potential strategic partners for collaborative ventures in the digital health space. • Provide regular reports on business development activities and market insights. • Analyse the success of different approaches and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement.
• 2+ years in high-growth, start-up or scale-up environment, with a focus on business development/sales/strategy, preferably within Enterprise SaaS, Insurtech, or Digital Health sectors. • Proven record of achieving goals under set targets, timelines, and budgets. • Highly curious, motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a sometimes-ambiguous environment. • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive them to successful completion. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and present to both internal and external stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
