Description

• Responsible for delivering Virtual, Hybrid and In-person events from kickoff to post-meeting review. • Responsible for coordinating internal resources and customer teams for Virtual and Hybrid events creation. • Lead projects following high-quality standards to ensure great client experience. • Ensure all events are executed within agreed deadlines. • Use Backstage CMS to tailor-make clients’ apps for the best participant experience. • Be a Backstage subject-matter expert for customers. • Brief and manage assigned operations team (Live coordinator, Live producer, Onsite coordinator).

Requirements

• Fluent in English • Fluent in German and any other language is a strong advantage • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills • Detail-oriented, high standards achiever • Excellent computer skills and tech-savviness • Proficiency with Microsoft packages or Google Workspace • Required to travel onsite for up to 3 events per month during busy seasons • Eligible to travel internationally • Past experience in an Event Agency, PCO, or other event-related position is a plus.
