Description

• Polished Salesperson: You’ll be responsible for bringing leads through a consultative, defined, customer-centric sales process that emphasizes driving real ROI for the target organization. • Business savvy: Spreedly's value is at the core of online merchants' digital strategies, and the ideal candidate has a good understanding of digital commerce to help prospects identify opportunities to drive incremental business. • Technical capability: You're comfortable selling API-driven technology and speaking to product leaders about its value. You don't need to know how to code, but you enjoy talking about how Spreedly can fit into the prospect's digital strategy. • Product-led: You know that for many companies, a “try first” approach is vital. That’s why Spreedly is driven by a product-led growth strategy. You are comfortable supporting customers as they explore and leverage our product as part of a sales motion. • Enjoy complexity: People build really exciting, sophisticated payment systems on top of Spreedly’s API and infrastructure. That needs to intrigue and motivate you, not intimidate you. • Team player: We're a collaborative, team-based work environment. Work and support your peers within sales, while still competing to collectively be the best. • Tools: We’ll equip you with great software and tools to get the job done right. Are you comfortable with sales tech? • Creative: Be open to trying new things. Suggest ways we could be doing things better because experimentation is a key part of our approach.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of consultative or B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS and/or fintech space • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort speaking publicly • High attention to detail and the ability to take ownership of and see projects and tasks through to completion • Be comfortable working in a quota-driven environment with a focus on continuous high achievement
